AI collection calls for the parties who ignore the reminder.

The WhatsApp went out at nine. Two days later the bill is still open, and somebody in your office has to pick up the phone and ask.

AI collection calls are how Takkada follows up the parties who did not answer the WhatsApp reminder. You pick the overdue parties and tap Call with AI. An agent calls each one in their language, asks for the payment, and logs what they said as a follow-up on the recovery board. Calling is charged on connected minutes.

Collections outstanding by ageing slab, party by party, with who is collecting

Pick the parties to call

Outstanding by party and by age, with the collector on each. Tick the overdue ones, or a whole ledger group, and tap Call with AI. The confirm sheet says how many and what is due.

Follow-up log with call outcome and promise to pay

What they said lands as a follow-up

The call asks for the payment in the party's language. A promise with a date, a dispute, a callback request or an escalation is logged against the party like any other follow-up.

Recovery board showing amount recovered per team member

The board counts it

AI calls and your team's own calls sit in the same log, so the recovery board shows who recovered what and who is still waiting on a promise.

Only the parties you tick from the outstanding list, and only if the ledger has a phone number. A party who asked not to be called on an earlier call is listed as skipped rather than dialled again, and you see that before anything happens.

The language set for your company, Hindi by default, so a retailer in Ahmedabad and one in Indore hear the call the way your own collector would put it. The call names your business, the amount due and the bills behind it.

A promise is logged with the amount and the date and shows up in promise tracking. A dispute, or a request to speak to you, is pushed to the recovery owner for that party, so a person takes over exactly where the call left off.

Calling is charged on connected minutes, on top of your plan, and the rate is shown on the confirm sheet before any call is placed. A call that does not connect costs nothing. The feature is switched on per company; ask us to enable it.

It takes the first call, the one nobody in the office wants to make, and writes down what was said. Your team's own follow-ups sit in the same log, and the board shows both, so the person chasing a party sees the whole conversation.
