Invoices and reminders from your own WhatsApp number
With Takkada, invoices and payment reminders can go out from your own WhatsApp Business number, so the retailer sees your firm's name and replies to you, the same number he already saves and trusts. This is an add-on, and Meta bills the messages to you directly. We did not find sending from the customer's own number on Counts's public pages. Reminders also go out by email, and an AI voice call can follow up with parties who do not respond.
Where Counts is ahead
Counts puts dashboards and GST tracking at the centre, which suits an owner or accountant who mainly wants to read the books and keep compliance in view. If nobody on your team will create entries from a phone, that focus may be all you need.
