Most Tally mobile apps started as a way to see reports on your phone. That is useful for an owner, but a distributor needs more: salesmen booking orders, invoices reaching customers, goods leaving the godown, and money coming back, with all of it ending up in Tally without retyping. We compared five Tally mobile apps on 16 features grouped by that day, from each app's own website or app-store listing, checked in November 2026. Counting a partial feature as half, Takkada offers 16, Biz Analyst 9, Livekeeping 8, Accosync 6 and TallyDekho 3.5. All five show Tally reports and create vouchers that sync into Tally. The gaps open further into the day: dispatch loading, sending from your own WhatsApp number, UPI collection and payments matched back into Tally appear only on Takkada among these five, where several are add-ons. Each app also does something the others do not, which the notes below cover.

One app covers the run from salesman order to invoice, delivery challan and dispatch loading, then WhatsApp delivery of the bill from your own number, UPI collection with 0% MDR, reminders on WhatsApp, email and AI voice calls, and payments matched back to invoices. Every entry posts back into Tally, on mobile and web. Web view and e-invoice come from the Assurance plan, the field and dispatch features from Copilot, and UPI collection, AI calls and sending from your own WhatsApp number are add-ons.
Biz Analyst. A reports-first app with a sales-team mode, unlimited companies and an app that works offline. Salesmen book orders and receipts while visiting customers. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Which Tally mobile app covers the full distributor workflow?
A: Among the five apps compared here, Takkada offers every step from salesman order booking to invoicing, dispatch loading, WhatsApp delivery, UPI collection, AI payment calls and automatic payment matching, all posting back into Tally. Some of those steps are add-ons on top of a Takkada plan.
Q: Can I create entries on mobile that go back into Tally?
A: Yes. All five apps say entries made on the phone sync into TallyPrime or Tally ERP 9. The voucher types supported differ, so check the ones you use most, for example delivery challans or credit notes.
Q: Does my Tally data move to the cloud?
A: Each of these apps uses a connector program on the Windows PC where Tally runs. Takkada syncs with the Tally installed on your own computer, and your data files stay where they are today.
Q: Which Tally mobile apps support e-invoice and e-way bill?
A: Among the apps we checked, Takkada, Biz Analyst and Livekeeping generate e-invoices and e-way bills from the phone. Livekeeping sells it as a paid add-on tier, and on Takkada it comes with the Assurance plan.
Q: Can customers pay by UPI from the invoice?
A: With the Payment Collection add-on, Takkada puts a UPI payment link on the invoice at 0% MDR and matches the payment to the invoice automatically. We did not find this on the other four apps' public pages.
Q: Can a Tally mobile app follow up on payments for me?
A: All five send some form of reminder. Takkada sends automatic reminders on WhatsApp, from Takkada's number or from your own number as an add-on, and by email, and can also place AI voice calls to customers about their dues.
