Takkada vs Accosync: Tally Mobile App Feature Comparison (2026)

Takkada vs Accosync: Tally Mobile App Feature Comparison (2026)

Takkada and Accosync both connect TallyPrime or Tally ERP 9 to a phone and a browser, show live sales, stock and outstanding, let users punch entries that sync into Tally, send automated outstanding reminders, and give customers a way to place orders themselves. Across the 16 distributor features in this comparison, Takkada offers 16 and Accosync offers 6, counting a partial feature as half and based on each app's public pages. Accosync's ordering portal, Accosync Mart, is its standout and turns retailer orders into Tally vouchers. Takkada covers more of the rest of the day: more voucher types including credit and debit notes, delivery challans, e-invoice and e-way bill from the phone, a salesman module with geo-tagged visit check-ins, a dispatch loading sheet, AI voice calls to overdue parties, a zero-MDR UPI link on the invoice, and payments matched back into Tally. Several of those are add-ons on Takkada, and the table marks which.

What is Takkada?

Takkada is a mobile and web app for Indian distributors that run their books in TallyPrime or Tally ERP 9. It connects the whole distribution day to Tally: salesman order booking, sales invoices, delivery challans, dispatch loading, WhatsApp delivery of invoices, UPI payment links with 0% MDR, automatic payment reminders on WhatsApp and email, AI voice calls, and automatic matching of payments to invoices. Every entry made in Takkada posts back into Tally, and your Tally data files stay on your own computer. Some of these are plan features and some are add-ons; the table below says which.

Invoices and reminders from your own WhatsApp number

With Takkada, invoices and payment reminders can go out from your own WhatsApp Business number, so the retailer sees your firm's name and replies to you, the same number he already saves and trusts. This is an add-on, and Meta bills the messages to you directly. We did not find sending from the customer's own number on Accosync's public pages. Reminders also go out by email, and an AI voice call can follow up with parties who do not respond.

Where Accosync is ahead

Accosync Mart is a full B2B ordering portal built around the retailer, and Accosync's web app comes without a plan upgrade. If retailer self-ordering is the main thing you want, look at both closely before you decide.
