Where both paths start
A party's ledger statement and pending-bills statement can be shared from three screens: the party page, the bills page and the ageing report. The Reports tab is permission-controlled per team member. A member without that permission does not see reports at all. He may still open a party and use the statement controls. Do not train the team that "WhatsApp statement" lives under Reports. It lives on the party.
